    Day 1 - Welcome to Amman

    • Arrive in Amman, Jordan - the capital of Jordan, a modern city with numerous ancient ruins, known for its historic Citadel that includes the pillars of the Roman Temple of Hercules and the 8th-century Umayyad Palace complex that has the grand dome
    • Check-in at hotel (3 nights)

    Day 2 - Amman City Sightseeing

    • Full-day guided sightseeing of Amman, where you will visit the must-see sites, such as King Abdulla Mosque, the unmistakable blue-domed Mosque that is open to non-Muslim visitors and can house up to 7000 worshippers inside, the Amman Citadel with the remains of the Umayyad Palace and the Hercules Temple, the Roman Amphitheater from the 2nd century with 6000 seats, Amman's downtown markets and city center, and finally the Amman Archaeological Museum housing an excellent collection of several Dead Sea Scrolls

    Day 3 - Leisure Day in Amman

    • Full-day guided tour to visit the ruins of Jerash, a well-preserved Roman city, and then move on to Ajloun, the citadel built by Saladin to defend this land, and finally explore Umm Qais, the site of a city founded by Alexander the Great

    Day 4 - Transfer to Dead Sea via Historical Sites

    • Check-out from hotel and travel to Dead Sea, Jordan - a salt lake whose banks are more than 400 m below sea level, the lowest point on dry land, known for its famous hypersaline water that makes floating easy and its mineral-rich black mud used for therapeutic and cosmetic treatments at area resorts
    • En-route, visit Bethany - the Baptismal Site of Jesus Christ, Madaba - where you will find the famous mosaic 6th-century map of Palestine in St. George’s Church, Mount Nebo - the burial site of Prophet Moses and an old monastery - ovverlooking the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and parts of the Holy Land, and if time allows, then Fortress of Machaerus in Mukawer - the former stronghold of Herod Antipas

    • Travel to Petra, Jordan - a UNESCO-listed archaeological site in Jordan's southwestern desert dating to around 300 B.C., known for its tombs and temples carved into pink sandstone cliffs, earning its nickname the "Rose City", and the 45m-high Al Khazneh temple
    • Half-day guided walking tour of the Rose City of Petra, where you will pass the canyon called Siq, to see the most beautiful monument Al Khazneh, a temple with an ornate, Greek-style facade, and known as The Treasury, continue via the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh's Castle

    Day 8 - Transfer to Wadi Rum

    • Travel to Wadi Rum, Jordan -  a protected desert wilderness also called "The Valley of the Moon" in southern Jordan, famous for the famous Red Mountains and the trail of Lawrence of Arabia
    • Full-day guided tour of the Wadi Rum Wilderness, where you will enjoy an exhilarating 4X4 ride and experience the dramatic red sandstone mountains like the many-domed Jebel Um Ishrin, natural arches such as Little Brudge, Jebel Burdah Rock Bridge, and Um Fruth rock bridge, many prehistoric inscriptions and carvings line rocky caverns and steep chasms, such as Khazali Canyon and Abu Khasheba Canyon, the natural watering hole of Lawrence’s Spring named after British soldier Lawrence of Arabia
